2. Products & Usage Rights

All products sold on Vector Nest are digital downloads only (no physical items shipped).
All files are royalty-free and come with full commercial use rights unless otherwise stated.
You may use the files for personal or commercial use, but reselling or redistributing the original files is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay.
Once payment is confirmed, the download link is made instantly available.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

❌ Accidental purchases
❌ Change of mind after download
❌ Incompatible software or unsupported file formats
❌ Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
❌ No longer needing the product

📁 Note: If our system logs a successful download, no refund will be issued.

5. Replacement Policy (In Case of File Issues)

If a product is corrupted or cannot be opened due to a technical error, we will:

7. Limitation of Liability

Vector Nest is not liable for:

Any loss or damage caused due to misuse of the downloaded product
Compatibility issues with outdated software or operating systems
Loss of business or profits resulting from use or inability to use the product

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
